This cake was made for my Aunt's birthday. I enjoyed leaning how to make daisies out of royal icing, so I made her a cake that used them. She loved the look, and her 3 year old son loved eating the flowers. I had fun making this one.
This was a second attempt at this cake and was made the morning of the party. The first one was baked the night before, but fell because I forgot to include water in the recipe.
